How a meeting works
- Write the problem. Choose Build My Board, which recommends three members, or Choose My Board, which lets you pick three from the library.
- Read why each seat was selected. Replace any seat from the library, then convene.
- Each seated member analyzes independently. The Chairman compares them, assigns specific challenges, allows reconsideration, and writes a Board Decision.
- The meeting stays open. Address the board or a member, add a constraint, or ask for another deliberation. A new decision is a new record, not an overwrite.
